This is brand new: the basis of this rug is a genuine, hand-knotted oriental rug that has undergone an elaborate finishing process: It was modelled, carefully sheared, slowly and gently dyed in the sun and then tonewashed to create the typical used or destroyed look. It was then dyed in trendy colours using a new process. The result is a completely new, individual and noble one-of-a-kind piece based on a 50 to 70-year-old rug. A real one-of-a-kind piece that stands out from all other types of rug due to its very special style.
